Named by the Totonac culture as "Xanat" (Black Flower) --original product from the Papantla region in the state of Veracruz--, is a black sheath with a unique aroma. Is utilized to make handcrafted figures, with a unique aroma that lasts for months. Also employed as a concentrated liquid for a wide range of applications, like the preparation of liqueurs, pastries, cocktails, smoothies, seasoning etc. We offer sheath, essence, and extract concentrated on presentations of 250ml, 500 ml. 1 liter and gallon.

Persian lime
(citrus latifolia)

It is a slightly oval fruit, 5-7 cm long and 4-6 cm in diameter. It has rough skin, no seeds. This variety in mature state has an intense green color. We have availability in all presentations throughout the year, mainly in boxes of 40 pounds (18.2 kg.), 10 pounds (4.5 kg.) and Gourmet.

Veracruz is one of the principal banana producers. And we have here quite diverse varieties, like Cavendish Banana, Dwarf Cavendish banana , French Plantain, Dwarf Giant Banana, Roatan Banana, purple banana, lady finger banana, among others. Because of the type of land and the percentage of humidity, with a quality equal and often superior to the neighboring states of Tabasco and Chiapas. The producing area par excellence is the Municipality of San Rafael and the Pital community, where we find more than 5,000 hectares in production. This area not only endowed with large areas of production, rich in archaeological history and gourmet cuisine, but also full of farmers committed to quality and thirsty of development. Producers to whom we are compromised in great strides for the management, cultivation and harvesting of banana. Veracruz is one of the principal coffee producers in Mexico, with the largest production area due to the perfect climatological advantages at the City of Córdoba, where we find tall orchards and where we have strong ties with other producers and coffee associations in the area; thus we can offer steady supply throughout the year and not just in the high season. We must also say that the producers we serve offer different kinds of quality, starting with gold and gourmet quality, but also including organic and conventional varieties. We can even supply decaffeinated product using the process DECAF MOUNTAIN WATER. 100% natural treatment or, if you prefer, following conventional treatment. Also original from Papantla Veracruz, Mexico, the cover of maize is offered as a dried product, treated to soften, sterilized, bleached and selected. It is classified manually by people of the region, is free of stains and rips holes. We produce two qualities Class1 and Class 2, the main difference is the brightness and uniformity. The class 1 is higher quality. It is usually used for elaboration of food like Tamales, and also various dishes, or making crafts and even for industrial uses as the manufacture of matches. We offer different presentations and sizes to suit your application. The most common presentations are pressed 25 pound bale (11.5 kg.). Package of 24 bags of 1 pound. Valencia Orange

One of the most popular fruit in Mexico is the Orange, citrus rich in vitamin C and essential oils; its pulp is typically formed of eleven segments of juice filled with flavor, which goes from sweet to acid. Veracruz is the leading state in the production of orange, and its production is concentrated in Our City "Alamo Temapache". known as the capital of the Orange in this country. We have production all year. Locating the peak harvesting season in late April and early May, where we have maximum availability in industrial grade quality. Banana Flower or Acorn

Also known in Japan as Tsubomi Banana, as Dok Kluai in Thailand, Jantung Pisang in Indonesia., Mal Kehel in Sri Lanka, and Kafool Kere in India. The banana flower is used for gourmet dishes. They are used in recipes for stews and soups, salads, stir-fry dishes and meat dishes, mainly Asian cuisine. It is rich in nutrients and also known to help fight some diseases. It can even be used as floral motif for its beautiful purple color tones, thanks to the great production we have all year-around, the availability in large volumes is permanent.
